I've been writing prayer letters for 4 decades now because I get discouraged when I verbally pray, and end off bottling up when discouraged and depressed: I won't go into detail as to why because it's too easily obvious; as far as for 'The Word', all I can do is share scripture verses and/or make like a written epistle instead of The Target Store symbol while getting signals crossed/mismatched; writing musically, I have a load of [?] 'Heart songs' I sing/share while doing the open mic music community circuit for 1.5 decades also to get over.

Hi Ken, that's a great practice to have if verbally praying is challenging. It's like Pastor Matt said, God is happy to hear from His kids already! We're praying for you today!

I totally get it Ken. (pastor jeff, online campus pastor) Know this Ken, your praying. Already you are where you need to be. I get it that sometimes the journey of praying can be tough. Keep on keeping on my friend! Writing is GREAT TOO by the way. I wish I actually did more of this myself. Ken, sharing verses and how you are exhibiting communication with God I would say you are in a good spot. Please dont be discouraged, but encouraged!

@@jeffwhye I learned the writing part from my Grandmother: I read about a few lines that I still remember the exact words; by 1.5 decades later I was on an increase as per [usual] discouraging events and circumstances to the point that I've written my own Psalmodies (NOT to brag)- - -there are those who try to outpray each other to see who can move God off of his throne.
