Kryptonite wouldn’t work on either Homelander nor Omni-Man. Both are too quick and strong and can easily kill Peacemaker

Yeah IMO Peacemaker and Homelander would work amazing as a Protagonist-Antagonist duo, way more similar and different to one another as compared to Omni Man and Homelander, and Christopher's overall weaker body making it more intense when John is fighting him. Hell, even their outfits fit perfectly with one another

It actually makes complete sense that Peacemaker and Homelander would be the worst of enemies.
Peacemaker kills for peace, and he truly wants to save lives, but then there's Homelander. Homelander is probably what Peacemaker would've turned out like if he wasn't powerless, and I think neither of them like the idea of that.
I think they would be great against one another, but I disagree that Christopher would've been like John if he grew up with powers. IMO it's made very clear than Peacemaker is really pure hearted, I find it hard to picture Christopher murdering unarmed civilians and strategizing the best way to eradicate humanity
