  • UNBOXING | A new Silk & Snow pillow!
Who here is a side and/or tummy sleeper? I am!
It’s such a challenge for me to find the right pillow. I’ve gone through so many pillows in my lifetime and I think this is the most I’ve ever spent on a pillow!
$80 CAD for one single pillow, guys! It’s designed for ALL SLEEPERS - too good to be true? Let’s find out!
Today’s video is an unboxing of this pillow made by a Canadian (and Toronto) company called, Silk & Snow.
    From their website:
This is a hybrid pillow design using soft down-like microfiber fill along with adjustable shredded memory foam.
    Down-Like Fluffiness: Without the Geese
The Silk & Snow pillow is designed with an outer shell made of soft down-like strands of microfiber fill and an adjustable inner memory foam core. The advanced design of the microfibers is air-blown, leaving the pillow feeling down-like and fluffy, while also allowing it to be resistant to clumping.
    Adjustable Comfort
: The best pillow in Canada is made with perfect sized cuts of memory foam that allow you to mould and adjust the pillow loft to your preference while maintaining a perfect balance of softness and breathability. The shape of the individual pieces of memory foam helps to provide the perfect level of support and alignment that makes this one of the best pillows for neck pain.
    Premium Materials
: Many memory foam-filled pillows are made with recycled scrap foam. We cut our fill from brand new memory foam which is CertiPUR-US® certified and has been tested to ensure safety and quality.
PLUS, they offer a 100 Night, risk-free trial period and include a 3-year warranty!
    So…WHY NOT?!

I JUST bought a new pillow from sleep country. I’m also a side sleeper and the one that I had before wasn’t that great. I guess I’ll have to keep this company in mind in case the one that I just bought doesn’t work out either

Oooh! I hope the new pillow works out for you! But if it doesn't, I think this one is a good one so far and I'm really liking it! After the first night, I noticed a huge difference already. I'll give it a full 3 months to see. A friend of mine also recommended another brand called, Casper - maybe another one to consider for the future!

Interested in hearing how you're liking your pillow now. Also did you get a pillow case for it or just slept on it as is?

I love this pillow. It has helped a lot and I find my sleep has been better. However, recently I did find that I needed to add a bit more of the shredded memory foam that I took out in the beginning. So I guess over time it does still flatten out a little bit. I do use a pillow case. I have a mulberry silk pillow case I use for it. Overall, I do recommend it. Oh and I “fluff” it once a week.

@@heymisslisa thanks for the update and glad to hear that you’re still loving your pillow. Yeah pretty much inevitable for the pillow to gradually flatten out and require some fluffing. I’m looking at this pillow, the coop eden, layla and a couple other lesser known ones.. I’m a stomach sleeper so will be taking out more foam than usual.. which will be good I guess when the old foam starts to flatten out

How do you like it after using it a while?

After three weeks, I had to return mine. Though I LOVED this pillow, I couldn't find the right adjustment and loft and my neck pain increased horribly. Frustrating...

How do you like your pillow? Is it helping to alleviate your neck pain?

I like it a lot. It did help. Recently, I found that I needed to fill it up with a bit more of the shredded memory foam. So I guess it does still flatten out a little bit. But my sleep has been much better
