This was very interesting to watch, some celebrities from strictly use a coat hanger with their partner to make sure their frame is in the right place.. I should imagine if new to dancing holding the posture correctly you would discover muscles that you never had.. And the ache after!!.. Just like starting fitness, I'm just glad I love fitness and dance 💃.. Look forward to the tutorial guys... Take care my lovely friends 🤗😘💐👋

Christina Pearson not sure that we’ve seen that coat hanger exercise before, and it doesn’t sound too comfortable either 😂 You’re absolutely right, holding correct posture for the first time is exactly like going to the gym and finding muscles you never even knew existed! But you get used to it. Thanks for watching another one of our videos Christina 😊 We love all of your support ❤️

I'm assuming this would also apply 2 American Smooth ? I was taught 2 roll the follower off my rib cage 2 open up into Promenade ?

I didn’t realise what I doing was until I did the chair exercise practicing promenade position. I just didn’t realise how much my hips moved.

Hey Peter, thanks for watching our video 🙂 You’re spot on there, one of the hardest things about dancing is the fact that sometimes our bodies move in ways we’re not even aware of. To help you practice you can try to film yourself doing the exercises/movements and watch it back to analyse what your body is doing 🙂

The beard looks fantastic. You are a petty person, get over yourself.
