Yeah wala Guard toh bahut protactative hota hai but Guard ki supporting k liya kuch dena chaya thaa Itna heavy weight ka Gurd sirf Fiber support nahi kar sakta hai dhiray dhiray karkay Fiber tootnay lakta hai mera yahi problem dae Raha hai
