      Green bell peppers! The red ones are either called Akapiiman or even just Papurika since the spice originates from the sweeter varieties of red peppers. But is still confusing! I fear for the day I have to go grocery shopping in Japan

    Just this past week I read a manga where one of the protagonists didn't like piman (green pepper) either. I wonder if japanese green pepper tastes different from the one I'm used to, because I thin that sometimes it almost tastes like nothing, just like water.

    • @ayasera_9501
      @ayasera_9501 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      I don't know if it's the long one they're referring to or the one that comes in different colors ( orange/red/yellow/ green pepper)I use them when making fajitas it's delicious, I also add them raw to salads, but my sister can't eat them at all she hates them ( and we are not Japanese lol) but for example for me, like kaito, I don't like tomatoes:)

      @@Gr95dc lol I dunno about that, I never met anyone in person who don't like tomatoes like me tbh 😂 but for me I dunno it's the after taste I get from it, and some times I get allergic reaction , it's not serious or anything but it's very disturbing and makes me uncomfortable (I don't how to explain it lol) 😭😂
