Speaking at the Lokmat parliamentary awards in New Delhi, Union transport and road minister Nitin Gadkari said, “ There is gradually growing deficiency of people who stand by their thoughts with conviction. Deterioration of ideology is not good for democracy.”

Yes, if you watch the entire video, it's a warning against political dynasties usurping party and replacing idealogy with dynasty worship and sychopancy. (Also remember, "Chowkidar chor hai" campaign)
One example he gives is Political dynasties don't respect the common man neta - the 40% of MPs, MLAs, Gram Panchayat who come from very simple background, work absolutely hard for every vote.

For the present day India, we have to coin a new name such as Democratic dictatorship, Electoral dictatorship etc. for Indian democracy. Certainly not the mother of democracy. There is no credible Opposition in our country. There is no patriotic party left in India. Congress and other so called Opposition parties are working for certain families, BJP is working for some communities and individuals alone, Communists are working only for the party and some individuals. No party is working for the country as a whole or its people which means they are just not patriotic. But I wholeheartedly support Nithin Gadkhari as the next PM candidate. But the vested interests of BJP will never make it happen. History is like that unfortunately.
Congress was in a similar position for a very long time. Nehru's rule lasted for 17 years, Indira's rule lasted for 15+ years and even after Indira's demise her Son ruled for the next few years. When the tides have turned all these adjectives are floated. Should BJP go and run campaigns for the Prince Charming so that we can have opposition?

Hindutva is the culture of the land and not a religion- even if all Indians, Indianise their religion without expecting the world to enter Indian scene on their individual needs without checking on facts, the same philosophy will work perfectly without having to change the word.
