A massive thank you for watching this video and for all your amazing support. 🙌 I really hope it brings you some VALUE! 💡✨ I’ve heard your feedback that this particular video has the “Subscribe” button showing up a bit too often. 🛑 You’re absolutely right, and I completely understand how it might feel a little much. The good news is I’ve already fixed this in my newer videos 🎬✅, so this won’t be an issue moving forward. Unfortunately, this video was part of an older batch of edits that I can’t tweak now. I really appreciate your patience as I learn and improve to make these videos better for you! 🙏 Thank you so much for sticking with me-it means the world. ❤ Your feedback helps me grow, and I’ll always keep working to make these videos even better for you. 🌟 Much love and gratitude, 💛Tsaint
Thank you I’m always trying to find brothers out here producing and putting out good work. This is a topic that I hardly ever find I appreciate you and wish you nothing but success.
@@SoJesusChristMusic It’s really the same process. Just change the input display transform to your Canon log gamut and everything else will be the same process
@@jj3396 thank you for watching and giving your feedback. I appreciate that. You can USE the DCTL in one of the parallel nodes I kept open for secondaries. That’s where I would ideally use it too
Thank you. I am glad you found it useful. I am dropping a follow up video about SHOT MATCHING this evening. Please subscribe and turn on post notification so you don't miss it.
Thank you for watching and I’m glad you enjoyed it. A new one drops this evening and you will see how I colour match this shot with other camera angles in the scene 😁
4:39 Out of curiosity How did you know that the film lut required the footage to be converted to rec 709 and cineon film log gamma? Is that stated somewhere in the resolve manual? I wouldn't have known that. Is there a way to know how to find instructions on how to use luts as they were intended to be used?
Hi, yes it is advised by Resolve to use it that way as it is inbuilt by Davinci Resolve. Most LUTs will work as a Rex 709 base however if otherwise, then a good LUT developer would always add instructions on how best to use their LUTS, I hope that answers you and thanks for watching
Thanks for the great tutorial as always. if not a big deal can you make your screen full to remove that rainbow background kinda disctracting, thank you :)
Hiiii thanks for watching as always too 😃 and sorry about the distracting rainbow lol, I have stopped using that now in my more recent videos. Thanks for being a part of this community
Please sir , we need we need a very detailed music video color grading tutorial with high end skinstones and popping colors. Please Sir, I'm just begging you for that tutorial
