जोश Talks हमारे बीच से निकल कर सफ़लता हासिल करने वाले लोगों की कहानियां हम तक पहुंचा कर हमें भी हमारे लक्ष्य की प्राप्ति के लिए प्रेरित करता है। इसी क्रम में जोश Talks पर हमसे संघ लोक सेवा आयोग (UPSC) जैसी कठिन परीक्षा को Clear करके सफ़लता हासिल करने वाले Heros मुख़ातिब हुए। जिन्होने न सिर्फ़ अपना संघर्ष हमसे share किया बल्कि उन रणनीतियों को हमारे साथ share किया, जिनसे उन्हें UPSC को क्लियर करने में सफ़लता हासिल हुई।
इसी क्रम को आगे बढ़ाते हुए "जोश Talks" ने UPSC के अभ्यर्थियों (aspirants) के लिए launch किया है "जोश UPSC PODCAST
एक ऐसा मंच जहाँ UPSC के Toppers Share करेंगे हमारे साथ UPSC के सफ़र का हर एक पल, हर वो खट्टी मीठी बातें जो अब से पहले किसी के साथ Share नहीं हुई। UPSC Podcast का एक ऐसा प्रारूप (format) जिसमे आप ना कोई Headphon, microphone, देखेंगे और न ही किसी भी तरह का speakers पर format को maintain रखने के लिए कोई pressure . यहाँ तो सिर्फ़ चार दोस्तों के दिल से निकलेगी UPSC की जानकारी से भरपूर बातें जो देंगी हमारे UPSC के भविष्य को एक नयी दिशा।
UPSC की परीक्षा में हज़ारों अभ्यर्थी अपना भाग्य आज़माते हैं, लेकिन सफ़लता कुछ को ही मिलती है। जो अभ्यर्थी असफ़ल होते हैं वो भी कठिन परिश्रम करते हैं, वो भी परीक्षा में सफ़लता हासिल करने के लिए जी जान लगाते है उसके बाद भी असफ़ल होते है इसके पीछे कई कारण होते हैं। UPSC से जुड़े तमाम मिथक जो हर अभ्यर्थी को असमंजस में डालते हैं, उन तमाम मिथक, कारणों और उनके समाधान पर विस्तार से चर्चा करेंगे हमारे बीच से ही निकलकर UPSC के Exam को crack करने वाले Toppers .
ये Toppers बताएँगे UPSC की हर एक बारीकी एक अलग अंदाज़ में, वो साझा करेंगे UPSC में सफ़लता हासिल करने की रणनीति।

वो मंच जहां कई Role Models आते हैं और अपने जीवन की प्रेरणादायक कहानी हमारे साथ शेयर करते हैं. वो अपने जीवन के उन किस्सों को शेयर करते हैं जहां वो Fail हुए, उन्होंने गलतियां की, कई बार हिम्मत भी टूटी पर अपने लक्ष्य को हासिल करके ही माने.
अगर दो शब्दों में कहा जाए, तो जोश Talks हम सबके लिए हमारे ‘बड़े भैय्या/बड़ी बहन’ की तरह है.

Quitting UPSC is very hard, still I am trying to make my mind to quit after 3 attempts. It makes me sad thinking of that dream which I have lived since 4 years.

2 variables : Time and Space
Start with standard books end with NCERT.
Don't prefer newspaper reading, for mains and prelims.. rather stick to current affairs anaylsis pdfs of Coaching Institute.
