1) Wood's Despatch was made by Charles Wood in 1854
2) It is also called as magna-carta of English education
3) Universities were made in Bombay Madras Calcutta on the basis of London University
4) It was done to make ensure that every district had a government school and women should also be educated
5) It was made sure that in primary level of education should be done in Mother tongue and higher level of education should be compulsory done in English

Actually, the problem is if I make videos on stocks and Educational Videos on same channel. The people who have subscribe because of stock videos ... they just don't want to watch educational videos.
