I've shot 26 foxes with my 22-250 in under 3 week last year during the laming season. I find walking around the best way to shoot them on a windy night walking in to the wind your noise/cent is blown away and your pretty much invisible to them. Every1 has different methods though. Good video

the law states that any person sentenced to 3 years or more is prohibited from possessing any firearm, it much depends on what the crime was violence drugs or public order offences will make it very difficult. You must have GOOD REASON so a member of a clay pigeon club, or land to shoot over (make sure you have this first)
Phone you local Firearms department and talk to them and check out the BASC website or the direct gov website
