John, just listened to your piece on the HPA podcast and came looking for the car to see it. Nice work and looks great 🙂👌 Congratulations on the PB. Having rallied 1600s, I've always been a fan of them! No expert here, but under the rear of the car, there's plenty of scope for a big diffuser. I notice you still have the spare wheel well fitted, it was common in Group G days to just make the boot floor flat with a sheet of aluminium, this would then give you all kinds of freedom for the rear tray. Might help you with rear grip and aero drag. 🤷
As a 1600 owner & Motorsport engineer I love this thing! Needs a little more rear downforce to stabilise it overall watching it. Apex rear kit will be interesting 👍🏻
