Great! I have always loved Ficus bonsai but only recently started focusing on refinement as I have a few very good looking ficus trees. What I found works well for refinement and health is seasonal pruning at the start of the growing season, defoilation in summer and repotting in free draining soil. They also respond well to weekly fertilizer in lower doses.

Dit is 'n goeie boom om mee te begin daar is wel net 'n paar reels wat jy moet volg om die beste uit die boom te kry. Let wel Junipers se krag le in hul groei punte so moet hulle nie te veel snoei nie. Moet hul nooit snoei en oorplant in dieselfde jaar nie. Jy werk 2 tot 4 keer 'n jaar aan hulle.
