For some odd reason, I think the guitar is actually Persona forcing him/herself through the Profound Darkness' control. It made sense to me once you remember that Xiao describes the reason we keep fighting the Profound Darkness as Persona forcibly rewinding time, but only after you've given the Profound Darkness a good beating- this theme playing once you've gotten PD to low HP (Though it's common to most boss battles in PSO2) as well as the fact that the guitar "emerges" from the mix to becoming front and center as the track plays (Before repeating, of course) makes me believe that this theory at least has some circumstantial support.

I thought the boss was going to drop a spirit bomb or something and I was block like crazy when the screen transitioned again to the solo arena with Persona right as this theme was starting. I had a ridiculous grin on my face for the rest of the night.

一騎打ちで毎回泣きそうになる（ただし２、３秒で終わる）
EP5で【仮面】が言ってくれる「この程度の相手に苦戦して、誰を救うと言うのだ」というセリフが、
これをトリガーでやり直した時に聞こえて来る気がして
ちょっと泣きそうになった
この曲が始まってからの敗北はなかなか心にダメージが来るんよ…
Code:SINENのとこ、本当は深遠なんだろうけど思念とも信念とも取れそうな感じが結構好き…
演出、BGM、展開、全てが卑怯すぎた(褒め言葉)
i like how every big boss has this theme song when they about to die, its like the "one final push" kind of music which always hyped me up.

The screen going white at 0:19, then [Persona] appearing at 0:24
Way too many have repeated this fight because of how fitting that sequence was.
