The speaker seems to go on for three minutes about what is making you stressed, it seems to harp on a bit, I clicked off because I felt it made me dwell on these thoughts more when I was just ready for some meditation. I appreciate this is the focus however. A good soothing voice otherwise, just thought I would give my feed back. 🙏
