The cost of land not more than18 lacs and construction cost must be 15 lacs, thus the actual cost must be not more than 35 lacs only. It's better to go for a 2 week vacation to multiple hill stations every year even if you will spend 1 lacs in 2 weeks than also....for 80-90 years you are sorted instead of spending 1 cr. here

First of all, learn that how to speak properly, its Jaquar not Jaguar, Jaguar is Premium Automobile brand.
Coming to the point, this 3 bhk villa does not justify the price range of 1.20 cr coz its ok or nothing is here like premium, even architect does not know that what should be the proper combination of tiles into the bathrooms, it seems low grade. In such area if 2000 sq ft land cost is around 30 to 40 lacs then it will cost around 25 to 30 lacs maximum to construct such kind of villa with all the Interior fitting like this.
This 3 bhk Villa cost should be maximum 65 to 70lacs.
