Be neutral is the best. Make friends. Never make enemies. It won't do anyone, any good.

There are other ways to help Ukraine,eg humanitarian aid.
Big bullies sanction those they want punish, this action is very dumb, it meant nothing much to Putin but many Singaporeans in Russia had to suffer business closures, confiscation of businesses, tankers cut down refueling oil n buy from other stops. To make enemy of Russia n sacrifice our neutral status is unforgivable.

Isn’t VB offensive to SG’s neighbours?

    Vivian Ballakrishnan….
Is Singapore being listed as an “unfriendly” country by Russia… listed side by side with USA also a lesson ro learn from?????
Maybe the foreign policy ministry should learn a leaf from people like Kishore Maybuhbani or even our neighbouring countries who remained neutral and non judgmental and remained a “friendly” country in the geopolitical world???

As Malaysia and Indonesia grow they will claim Singapore. No question about it. No amount of Iron can save you from them.
