Hi, I have the following issue: When printing the toner does not adhere to the sheets, if I use a 70gr bond sheet I must set the parameters to 100 -160 gr so that it prints well and 300gr substrates such as couche do not print, even if I set the printer to 300gr I recently changed the fuser film as it was broken. but now I feel that it does not have the same temperature as before. Do you know what could be the problem?
First, set the driver option: thick one. Secondly, replacing the foil itself will not improve the functioning of the machine. You always have to replace the oil pad that is inside the foil.
Is it necessary to change the bushings, sensors or any other part that you did not indicate in the Description? My fuser unit has 235 thousand impressions.
I use polypropyl alcohol to clean the Fuser Fixing Film and the Lower Press Roller. You must do this if you have touched the roller or the film with your hand. I touched it so it was greasy and I had to wash it.
I have an issue that no one seems to figure out. My Ricoh c3002 has mottling on solid areas of color and when I do a test print, the black is severely mottled as well as the Red green and blue. I’ve already replaced the image drum as well as the developer and it has had no effect. What would be the next options? Replace the transfer belt or maybe the fuser ? Please let me know because I am unable to print anything for my business and I’ve already spent hundreds of dollars on repair services and parts.
Hi, i got an unrelated question, but google doesnt yield me any results, and i´m fairly certain you can help. My question is: Is there a Plrinter that is repairable to a high degree and reasonable to use at home? Features it must have are: Colour Printing, Ethernet Port, Copying Features it should have are: Double-sided printing, 1200 dpi, pricepoint around 300€ Its not dramatic if the Printer does not support all nice-to-have features, but is repairable. If my pricepoint is too low, can you tell me what a good printer would cost? Currently im trying to repair a Canon PIXMA printer, and it won't open up at all, already broke some plastic things off but its just hardplastic clip over hardplastic clip... So i kinda have to give up on that one, probably gonna scrape it for parts...

If you want to be sure that everything will be fine, replace both thermistors and that's it.
Please what's the liquid content you used for cleaning for both opc drum and fuser unit

Thank you.

Has the drum unit been completely replaced? What is the catalog number of the part installed?
@@MrRicoh yes I replaced the drum in the unit. Here is exactly what I bought below
@baroquebeatz Did you only replace the drum (the photosensitive roller) in the Drum Unit?
@@MrRicoh yes I only replaced the drum roller.
@baroquebeatz That's why you have problems. The whole repair kit needs to be replaced, see the photo:
