Something I like about this machine is because it uses weights instead of springs it doesn't have the same problem that COC grippers in which the resistance starts low at the beginning of the range of motion and ends high at the end of the motion, but instead this machine provide a linear resistance trough all the motion. I would love to get one of this machines so that in addition to training with COC grippers I could also train partials (beginning of the crushing motion) with this machine, so my initial range of motion is as strong as my final range of motion.
Welcome! I respect you, congratulations on your results! it can be seen that you worked with passion! I have a question, what is the name of this car and where can we buy one?
For starters, get a set of ironmind grippers, a pinch block, and a thick bar or a rotating handles. Train the grippers twice a week doing three sets of five hard reps with whatever gripper gives you a workout. Do five sets of five hard reps on the pinch block snd the rotating handle with whatever weight works best. You'll need a loading pin and carabiner as well. This will develop a good foundation and above average grip strength. Have fun.
I have recently got one and it's brilliant. My question is though that I notice it tilts of the floor one side a little when I'm doing reps . I noticed yours did as well . Does it matter 🤔
There is a cool device called a rolflex that is excellent for massaging and loosening up the forearms to relieve pain, tightness, and limited range of motion. This is what I'd recommend, short of seeing a physical or massage therapist.
I have the same machine I bought probably 25 years ago. Still use and love it. Dude….STOP TRAINING BAREFOOT I never did but one day was fooling around in the gym and a 45 tipped over and crushed the tip of my toe. Very unpleasant! Don’t do it!
I tried, but it doesn't really correlate at all. I actually sold this machine. I never really used it. It is a fine piece of equipment, but it got lost in all the other gear I use for training.
@@dubyagrip That seems to be the general consensus. I have some rated grippers, a grip machine and newbie gains to still make so I am going to experiment.
Blessings from India 🇮🇳.

Have you ever tried a choked gripper?
@@dubyagrip Never hear of them.
Man that looks like it feels good!

Just found your channel brother 👊 subbed and locked in for the grip journey!
Thanks bro, I'm adding stuff almost daily lately. Make sure to check out the newer stuff.
What your training routine for grippers and how /what other grip training should I do?

I do the same finger flexion motion with a regular barbell that i load up. This machine is really good but i dont have the space for it.
Good job 👍👏😊
thanks for the video.
I'm also curious on your review on your calf raise machine.
Great video W
Any big difference for finger training between this and finger curls and grippers? Thanks
@@R4EL this doesn't really help grippers at all. I actually sold it. I didn't get much use or gains from it.
@@dubyagrip in terms of finger training, any good compared to regular finger curls? They both look basically the same
@@R4EL they might be. I don't do finger curls, so I couldn't say for sure.
@@dubyagrip okay appreciate it mane thanks alot

It could help a little if it tilts. The fix is to bolt it into concrete.
@@dubyagrip so won't damage bend the machine? I have mine in my flat so unfortunately I couldn't bolt to floor .
@@bigcatz74 you should be fine
@@dubyagrip Thankyou
I practice toproll and have pain in my ulnar wrist, is there any exercise that can solve it?

does it have the same function as a handgrip?
@@Bomba-h4k nope, not at all.

Maybe "fooling around" in the gym was the problem. 🤪
I hate shoes, but I do appreciate your concern. 🙏
Have you experimented with what weight on the grip machine will get you what level of gripper close?
