Wow I really needed this information, I do think I need to get tested for gluten intolerance because I have every one of these symptoms & have been on a gluten free whole veg & fish diet for 2 weeks with great results so far. My body is in a constant state of inflammation. I feel more confident making this decision. Thank you!!!

I loved how the expert talked about the downsides of going "gluten free". A lot of people think all those gluten free foods are more healthy when they aren't. People need to go back to basics. Eat less ultra processed food and more whole foods.
