I decided to pull on this as I was sorely missing magic air. Plus I've screwed myself out of EX2 wins by not picking up the outfit. First page is a no brainer for use on Titan, then just wishlist the sword. With red for debuffs and Aerith for healing/buffs (yes I end up with an ice buff on cloud, I'm not good at finding the items with elemental buffs) I was able to clear EX1 with only OB1.
I got it because I really need a magic wind dps, and I do use Cloud. But I would of much prefered this on Sephiroth or even Vincent. I use Seph, Vincent, and Cloud so it is an expensive month for me. But every banner had something I didn't 100% like, so it is unfortunate. Still happy with the banners, I just hope they stop giving Sephiroth debuff weapons soon and start giving him true dps weapons more. He's the god of fire there's no reason for Tifa and Vincent to have stronger fire weapons than him.
I pulled for Matt’s outfit and 2 outfits on Yuffie because I had OB10 Earth Lucia but no outfit, which took me 18 pulls, so I’ve got 180 crystals towards Yuffie ult weapon…. Do we know if those are coming back or should I pull in cloud till I get to 300, use Yuffie for wind and fire teams and currently have no ult for her
With Cloud getting a featured once a year. We might see him getting magic analogs to his off-hands from now on.

I use cloud everywhere, so it seems like a no brainer to get his costume. It'll also be nice if he gets a physical wind in the future
