You can also use ACF repeater for the button links linked to an options page so you don’t have to edit the page every time you want to add a new link.

Great video! I plan to to do this. So many videos people aren't explaining the process. Can I put/create an email subscription landing page on one of these links for free? So many sites make you pay. I am just starting out & looking for a free way to do this & there is just too much info. I tried the Free version of Mailchimp, but it won't paste into Linktree & Linktree Pro costs $6 per month.

How do you change the name to linktree for the url? Also, we publish the page first in elementor before adding the link to the social media platform?
In WordPress you can edit the page and change the slug to whatever you'd like. Yes you'd need to publish the page before adding it to social profiles.
If I may ask can you make your own linktree version site where people register
That would be a bit more complex in WordPress
can i add this to a section on an my home page for example instead of adding a entirely new page?
If course! Just add buttons like I do in the video but on your homepage

Sorry, dumb question. Do you know if it is possible to use this theme with another one already installed? Alternatively, do I need to run two Wordpress sites within the same server?
You can only have one theme active at time. If you want to have two separate sites I recommend having two WP sites installed. (Not fully sure what you’re trying to do based on the question, you can also look up WordPress multisite)
@@SmartWP Thanks for the tip. I was thinking on creating one page as the link tree but still maintaining the regular site. The regular site is already based off a theme, so this might be tricky.

@@Samnewtonmusic Are you using Elementor? You should be able to pick canvas like I do in the video and the linktree page will be disconnected from how the theme looks (no header/footer). Additionally a lot of themes let you disable elements so you can also go that route as well.
@@SmartWP I haven't got Elementor yet. Was looking into it. It all seems a bit tricky. Might try and sort it with some good 'ol CSS. Thanks anyway man!
You know another cool video you could make is how to find and upload the Tiktok social media Icon into Elementor (Wordpress) I've been trying to do it for long following Elementor's video guide and others, but nothing works. It's so weird that they have not included this icon. Thanks!

Where they are make a free one or paid "linktree" services at our domain...
Not sure of your question, you can add a password to the page or use a members only plugin to make the page not accessible by the public.

And viewers can build their linktree on my web domain.
How to create it? With free and paid user.
And they fill in form, without elementor side bar...
That is a bit more difficult to let users build their own. I would recommend using Advanced Custom Fields and making a custom plugin to build that functionality. This tutorial probably isn't ideal for letting users make their own.
@@SmartWP there are wp myLink plugin on my country. But i don't know how to make rules and set up for free user and paid user. :D
