@@mariennecrouse Hey Mary! We sure can. Can you send us an email to emeraldgroupfwb@gmail.com and we will swing by and shoot a video for you. If it's developed enough and has homes to view, we can shoot a longer video for it for the channel too but in the meantime we can get you a little sneak preview 😄. We appreciate the reach out and for the suggested video topic too
*Excellent touring video!* I’m moving to Hammock Bay shortly here for the Air Force (Eglin AFB) - but just renting for time being at the Infinity. However, I am currently looking at properties here in this beautiful estate community. *The third property was the best,* hands-down. But a real question: why are there NO two-story houses here in Florida? Just very confused by this coming from Seattle.
@@KhoaNguyen.08 thank you and congratulations on the upcoming move, this is a heck of a place to get stationed (maybe I'm biased, though 😆). I like the third one as well. And the two story question. I think the biggest reason why we don't do two stories out here is because heat rises, so the second floors are a little bit more difficult to cool in the summer months. We definitely some 2 story (and even 3 and 4...) but there are definitely a lot less than you would see in a colder city. Now that it's always been my best guess... But I'm sure there are other reasons. I know for hurricanes it's better to be a one story than a two story, so that could also play a factor.
