danh le that never happened with us. If that did happen then the following games, you would watch out for that then call them out as insider and win. My group liked this variant better than original with 4 players.
Yes. But usually it takes the majority of the 5 min. But if it gets flipped within the first min most likely there won't be as much to talk about, hence less time.
Actually we found the opposite that having the quick one round to play makes us pull the game out more often than a 30-40 min game. Of course it always gets played more than once.
So, you're trying to guess who the insider is based on absolutely no clues or criteria because everybody is asking the Master questions and making guesses. It seems very random to me.

You flip the timer over when the word is guessed correctly? So the quicker you guess, the less time you have to discuss who the insider is?

I think this game would be better if there was scoring system like Dixit.... bonus if you're the insider etc... using a board game.
