How to Properly Use the Hydra-Power (Over/Under) Shifter When Operating an Oliver Tractor

I recently had a Cummins Conversion done on a 1855 Oliver with a 5.9 Cummins. The new clutch didn't work correctly and was replaced by Maibach Tractor located in Seville, Ohio. After a discussion with Brad Maibach, I was informed on how to properly operate an Oliver tractor with hydra-power (over/under). I am explaining what I was told since he is an expert not only on Oliver's but also on the Cummins conversion. He also explained how to engage the PTO on the tractor as well.
