Heard this song for the first time this morning on my way to work. I cried and listened to it over and over for 25 minutes. Everything in my life right now-mainly work-just seems so hopeless and the harder and more I work it just doesn't seem to pay off and doesn't let up. Everything that makes me happy just gets taken away either by someone or work taking over my life. I'm the boss but we're so short-staffed I have no choice. A vacation just means more work before and after to keep up. What's the point? It just really spoke to me is all, at exactly the right time.

The first time i heard this song was when they played as a guest on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon last week, i got up and was about to leave my hotel room for work when they started playing and i just had to sit back down to listen to their whole performance. That was probably the best 5 minutes I've ever spared in my life.
This song has been stuck with me since, reminding me to always spare a couple of minutes to look back in life for i might have just missed something amazing for always being in a hurry.

In a crazy time , I can get lost and have a drink and sit back and listen. We all go through these moments and don’t know how to let go. This songs reminds me that we can let go.

Before I went to rehab and I was drinking constantly, I had trouble looking people in the eyes. I went a long time without making long eye contact with people. Maybe briefly, but I would look away. Or I would focus on other parts of them instead of their eyes.
It's weird being sober and realizing how long I did this.
The lyrics made me think of this.
