Boom, done, all potential charge that doesn't belong there diverted and no sweat glands or arbitrary rules involved. I live in the country (thank the gods). All of my lifting equipment is in my yard. Bench press setup, calisthenics setup cemented into the ground. Squat rack. Nothing beats being outside while lifting.
Just go running and chop wood. All u need. No fancy gyms. Maybe a set of kettle bells /a cheap resistance band.and a pull up bar and free 50.push.ups.every.other day

Piping for pools is typically PVC (plastic)...non conductor. The water in the pool would have to be in direct contact with a metal pipe that goes INTO the ground. Calling BS on a lot of what this guy is saying. I do agree sunlight, ground contact, and elemental exposure are good for your body. But, this is taking it a bit beyond...stop over complicating stuff to make yourself look smarter than you are.

is there any recommendations for taking zinc & copper from your experience? i know that there is an issue if you supplement an amount of zinc that you are insufficient to copper… and had to take more of it… any timing suggested here ?
look up Dr Jack Kruse, there is some research on UV-(B?} as treatment for vitiligo a friend of mine with vitiligo is also in a clinical trial basically using UV light and she also saw great improvements on tolerance against sunlight with astaxanthin I'm way more resistant against sunlight as well since I started with astaxanthin hope this helps 💛

Sharing otherwise is going to trigger people - potentially even rightfully so, as many of us have lost friends or family from skin cancer - or know somebody who has. It's a painful reality that has affected a lot of people, and the idea of a 'solar callus', real or not, is a slap in the face to anybody who has spent their lives being taught that the sun killed their grandma.

Yeahh I’m reading this remembering a guy who did foundation work. We called him the Hawaiian Thor. He swung a hammer almost the same size. Drove those rebar spike in with one hard swing. Same guy today, maybe 12 years later, all fucked up. On disability. Workers comp case failed. Like four surgeries. His kids take care of his cars and his house work these days. Really sucks to see, when I was a teen this guy was a fucking GOD person 😢

I find it so funny when people comment stuff like this, when it literally just shows the world that they have no critical thinking skills. If your basis for believing someone is solely based on your/their perception of the accuracy of their knowledge, rather than actually researching what they're saying, you probably won't survive in the real world.
There is literally no science backing anything this guy said. Theres some evidence that touching grass and being outdoors can have mental health benefits, which may have a knock on effect in relation to training/recovery, but other than that there is nothing.
It is so incredibly stupid to equate the value of someones 'opinion' to their size, especially when I can name dozens and dozens of people bigger and stronger than these two who don't follow their beliefs.

They are both exercise trainers,not doctors or scientists so their opinion outside that area is invalid.The big guy is full to the balls with steroids and the solar guy isnt strong due the sun obviously.
I just started using a grounding mat about a week ago now. I sleep on it. It took out all my joint inflammation.
