- We met with George Clarke of the band Deafheaven while we were down in Boise Idaho for Treefort Fest 2017. George kindly shared with us some important albums that informed his own and the band's sound as well as offering a couple surprising records for us to check out!

I grew up with both his dad & dated his late úncle Chris,...his family is from a small town in northeast,la west Monroe,...I used to baby sit lil Georgie,..he was an adorable lil kid,...super proud of his accomplishments,..íts ñot my forte but I'm a boomer so ya know,..when I first heard them I called his dad George and was like ok but I don't get it,..and his dad said ,...hey our parents didn't get ours either and he was right,..he has an enormous stage presence,..just like his dad big George is a character himself! ❤️
