    It's not the auto pilot that's causing these crashes. It's lazy drivers!

    Autopilot is similar to having your 12 year old kid steer for you while you roll a joint you still have to be ready to take over at any time

    With how big of a problem distracted driving already was, what a stupid move to give people the false sense of security of an "auto pilot" feature.

    I don't get how distracted you have to be to having flashing lights right in your vision and just sit there. The software did make a mistake but these people who crash must have had their head down aiming at the ground or something

    Anybody who uses FSD is either drunk or invalid.

    Maybe Tesla should be using Lidar. Just trusting cameras is a poor way to keep people safe

      Most of them still do. But it constantly requires people to touch the wheel regardless. If people arent paying attention then they will crash like any other car. Tesla can't fix idiot drivers.
