Oh my word I have been going through the same thing lately. So what I would recommend for you to do is change the needle, set the tension on the left hand to R.

🥺🥺OMG I am sure you are frustrated with this.
May we try and clean the bottom part of the machine make sure there are no threads 🧵 or small pieces of fabric. Try and rethread completely.
