The fact that he's your friend that does not make him a good leader, the fact that you had a personal business with him that's not a quality of being a leader.
Twinning in dairy cows is rare but when it happens, the resultant heifer twin is called a free-martin. The heifer twin is always infertile. This is a result of sharing blood circulation in-utero with the bull calf. The male hormone 'testosterone' usually is dominant in circulation. This leads to incomplete development of female genitalia in-utero, hence renders the heifer infertile. The term 'free-martin' only refers to the female calf born as twin with a bull calf. If the twins are both heifers, both are usually fertile and can be bred once they attain maturity.
