It has been always like that bro . Top product based companies select like these only . They are here for business , they need best people at all the possible positions . It's a good opportunity for tier 3 college students but the competition is tough just like jee .

Amazon has work life balance, Amazon has job security, employee's are treated like king , there is no boss culture, don't comment if u dont know the ground reality, in covid situations ask the situation of startup employees, fear of losing job, pay cut, work load, here nobody works more than 8 hours
And in the end u can anyday get selected in Amazon to know the reality
And Amazon is tcs 28lpa and 3.2lpa is same right, lol😂

So, simply these interviews are more about mugging from geeksforgeeks and leetcode?
Nowadays, what's happening is that the questions in most of these companies are just being repeated again and again.
So, a person who has atleast solved around 300-400 problems from these sites have a very good chance to just clear these interviews.
But,still I think Google is one of those companies who has kept it's bar above the others.
But, still one cannot take away the hardwork one has put into it.
But,maybe in near future we will see some changes in the interview process of even the bigger companies because this process is becoming rudimentary.
That's why , Nowadays we see many startups giving challenges according to the type of role u have to perform in the job.

Your video is quite inspiring and motivating but what I have seen people tend to be happy in service based company living in a nearby locations to. home,money making is still not seen as a great passion by Indian youth as chalta hai attitude is quite there, so most stick to parent company or some temporary onsite position if they get, there are students who are ambitious and motivated irrespective of college tier and these are people who crack these jobs in product based companies.so to change all this we need a change in socio economic structure and upbringing in our society where all can be motivated.
