Hi Kuma, could you please suggest me or make a video on how to get affordable housing in PEI and what are the procedures?

Ill try to make one. But there are not many things to know. Housing is getting expensive around here. All you need to know is that you have some rights as a tenant and the landlord cannot bully you given that you signed a contract.

    brother !!
I was looking for bachelors in canada and I got to know from people it's a difficult task to study bachelors soo everyone suggested me for taking diploma.
And to go for a diploma course and afterwards getting PR and settling down in canada it's also very difficult for current situation.
Then I got to know about University of PEI offers bachelors program in affordable price. But I also have in my mind that "will I be able to survive there, be able to payout my tuition fees on my own or not ? Will get part-time jobs, nepali community or not?
See I am from middle class family and my family cannot afford much for my bachelors. So, I would have to earn myself and take out expenses and tuition fees there. So, please tell me will I be able to get jobs ( part-time jobs, cash jobs ) and through those jobs will I be able to survive in PEI and also be able to pay the fees ?
I am a science background student and I am thinking of studying Bachelors in Computer Science. I know it's gonna be very very difficult so that's why i have been asking you for the infos.
What are your suggestions on my thoughts please help me through this.
It would be really appreciated !!

Hey, I understand where you're coming from. I would say I was and similar like you. If you want to study properly and then do undergrad and at the same time pay all your fees, I would say it is rather difficult unless you are a computer nerd who does not need no classes and can pass easily. I have my friends in computer science here in UPEI and they say it is tough.
I have already stated in the previous video that work-study balance can be maintained but if you want to pay all the tuition and also maintain everything else, I do not recommend that. Ive tried and it didnt fit right with me.
It boils down to what your priorities are. And I understand that is not a good statement as priorities is everything for you at this point. But you need to either put education first which will result in relying on your parents or as youve said go to college which is also a good idea and then finish studies later.
If I were to give you a suggestion, talk to your parents. Can they help you with the 4 years of studies ? and you work hard, make connections and get a proper career. If not, then you can go the college route and then rebuild yourself.
Anyway you go, at the end of the day is finance. If your parents cannot support you with anything, then Id say university might be difficult. But if they can for few years that is 4 years, take university.
Do not watch a lot of videos to confuse yourself when. you know the answer yourself. You just need time to think, talk with your parents, and make the decision. I know its tough but youll get there. Trust me. Everyone does.
      Hope this helps.
      Take care

@@sus_ant8625 In terms of jobs and housing there is crisis everywhere. As i told before, if you want to go to university with a little tough major like "computer science", you cannot. Maybe in college it might be possible.
