hey Amy, i'm sorry to hear that you still aren't feeling 100% yet. one trick that i learned to clear a stuff nose is singing. you may not sound too great while you're singing lol but, the whole point of it is that it helps clear your sinuses when your nose is plugged up. Also, i've found that singing can help settle your stomach when you're super full because it helps break up the gas in your stomach. you'll know it's working when you start burping in the middle of singing. i definitely recommend these tricks because they really do help.
