Did you know that the building Mary Kelly was murdered in by Jack The Ripper in 1888, had two more killings that followed this? One was in a room directly above Mary's lodgings, the second to the right of Mary's room. They happened in 1898 and 1909 respectively. ^^

When they walk between each of the different murder locations, it's easy to see how close the murders happened to each other. The 2 locations that were not visited were also close by. It's not hard to imagine how the residents felt, when 5 horrific murders were committed in such a small district in the space of 9 weeks.
I tried to do one tonight, but they didn't allow me to film it - it was a ghost tour - also going through dark parks so it would have been completely dark
Great tour the 2 part Michael Caine version of the story was made by Lorimar Pictures & shown in ITV & as for Sir William Gull being the killer he had suffered several strokes the year before.

You’d need an all nighter. If I’m not mistaken Annie Chapman died around 5:30am in the morning and Mary Kelly could have been killed anytime between 1am - 4am
What I don’t get is ( still a great tour ) as they go down the alley by white hart pub, he doesn’t point out George yard buildings where Martha Tabram was found.
that last location has totally changed. That used to be the London Fruit & Wool Exchange I rem driving down that road myself before they built the offices
Violence wouldn't have been all that uncommon back then but the thing that I find the most puzzling about the whole Jack the Ripper story is the way he seemed to come and go, almost like a phantom. I mean, he would strike, mutilate these women very methodically, leave them dead and then somehow just vanish. Considering how overcrowded and rough this area was back then, it just perplexes me how what he did could have even been possible without being seen and and ever caught 🤔
He points to a house on Princely St and says behind that is where Annie was murdered....why not go to the spot that the house used to be on Hanbury St?...I don't get it. Why point to a building and basically say,...one block and a street behind this?
(1:32:27) "They would never have thought that someone respectable" and so on could have been the ripper, our guide says. What about Montague Druitt then - an educated man, barrister and cricket player, strongly suspected by the police at the time and named by Sir Melville Macnaghten in 1894?
Thanks for watching Brett ❤️👀🙂. If you're able to share it on Facebook or somewhere with your friends, it would mean the world to me. Thank you so much 😊 💓
I believe John Merrick the elephant man was Jack the ripper. All victims were women. Secondly, he lived at London Hospital had access to learning operations as well to surgical knives . Thirdly, he to wore a cape, hooded cap to which covered his entire face and he walked with aa cane. It's always the nice guy next door. I said it when I was a little titan and I'm now 63 yrs young and still believe it was John Merrick. Oh if you go to the London Hospital museum they have a copy of the letter from hell that had been mailed . Why would someone keep that letter who worked or in this case lived at the London Hospital. It was kept because someone at that hospital wanted a trinket all serial killers usually do. Again , John Merrick lived at the London Hospital. Your thoughts?
