I think the reason why most of us are not visiting psychologists or therapist is affordability. There is a sense of luxury to it. It should be as affordable and available as general clinics.

I think our government should open a separate field for psychology and therapy sessions we as a youth really need this because now time have changed, we have evolved. I think psychology department should be there in government hospitals like all the other sector so that we can get help at affordable rate.

I’m so glad you talk about your experiences with meditation. Many people don’t realize that meditation (1) puts us in a neutral zone and dissipates any negative thoughts or emotions 2) puts us in the present moment from which we can create our reality with intention (past leaves most with regrets and future leaves us with anxiety) (3) puts us in the receiving mode to get intuitive messages from our core self and beyond.

Bro, just a suggestion, not feedback. Please avoid shouting in excitement while handling such a delicate issue, as many other listeners, like me, are listening to this in a trance manner and relating to it. and you shouting something loudly in a funny manner kind of breaks the vibes the speaker has created. If this podcast was with Ranveer Singh or similar then those vibes are totally a match, however, you plan to do such heavy topics more in the future hence just suggestions. Rest you doing an amazing job, always a pleasure listening to you!!! Much love brother ♥

There re so many things which made me realize about myself when Havovi mam was talking about burnout, resting, extremities of bad as well as good. Not very often many of us realize, it’s a journey to recognize what needs to be changed. When the realisation occurs, due to the gap between understanding of our real self and ideal self, acknowledging the need for change as well takes quite some journey to take that first or ask for help. Thank you mam for all the great insights on mental health.

All the people who say that therapy is expensive are saying that they are not willing to spend some money on mental health when they’re okay with spending lakhs and lakhs together at hospitals for their physical health. And no, therapy cannot be looked at as a general check up because there’s so much more work it takes to sort out issues without any of those tablets that are usually prescribed for your physical health.

I always tell my clientes ... although we learn't step by step the knowledge in school on how to earn money, we have never been taught, how to live in life and how to make relationships work.
Life Coach and therapy gives us tools and teaches us strategies on how to live an enhanced life, filled with peace, happiness and love.

If there is one subject to touch upon is “Women leadership, women success and their internal struggle in that journey . The dilemma we face, the decision we take , how success even lands on us .
I think Vidya Balan would be your guest who can go deep from self to spirituality.

Havovi you have brought out a lot of awareness around mental health and providers🙏🏻
In Indian society Priests are the go to for many people depending on their religion which can be harmful.
Meditation is prescribed to serious mental health conditions which does not work until they are able to be brought to a point to incorporate it.
I am a licensed psychotherapist practicing in USA
I also use psychedelic assisted psychotherapy in my treatment.

Spirituality is better than psychological counselling or therapy because after all counsellors, therapists, psychiatrists are humans and prone to error. They lack wisdom and have their own emotions haywire due to all that they themselves are going through in their lives in today's world which is too chaotic, stressful and challenging for everyone and so it is for them as well. With all that knowledge they have, they are definitely using it on themselves and so also on people close to them to the point of aggravating them by being in their necks. Be warned that you can even end up getting more messed up. Its best not to put them on a higher pedestal. Counselling and Therapy is just a shop, a business they run for others (not their own circle of family and friends) whether they are selling something that you truly will benefit from or not is not definite. That they will gain financially from this shop is certain. This business of counselling and therapy is helping the economy in a way than for an individual to benefit. On the contrary, if you are on your spiritual path, you get wisdom from your own guardian angels, and your guardian angels know what is best for you and they are there to benefit you. Just because you cannot see them does not mean they do not exist. If your counsellor or therapist has your guardian angel in their body coming and talking to you then and only then there is a chance for you to benefit from that conversation, that too if and only if your counsellor or therapist will let your guardian angel take over him/her completely and let your angel alone talk to you through him. Therefore, it is best to be alone and let your angels talk to you, yourself without any interference from anyone. Life was so uncomplicated, and people too were so uncomplicated in the eras gone by as they lived a minimalist life and were more spiritual. Now one sees people indulging in materialism, consumerism, hankering for appreciation and applause and therefore they are so dissatisfied if they don't get it or if they don't have the resources to flaunt and be out there. The culprit is sorry to say social media which can be a boon in fact if used in the right manner to a right degree. Sadly, that is not the case.
