A TH-cam LGBTQA+ documentary regarding the lives of young ‘queer’ women, discussing equality, sexuality and gender identity and their individual experiences.
The aims of this project are to get the word out, in order to educate others and offer support and guidance for those who are struggling.
All ages provided of the women in the video are that of when the clips were recorded.
Clips were recorded between May and June of 2014.
Sadly, I did not receive any entries from the trans community in the end, which is a real shame. However, I have tried my best to have gender identity discussed as much as possible, without a trans individual being there to discuss it themselves. I tried my hardest.
I had a lot more interest than actual entries - some people dropped out/couldn't send their entries in - so thank you to those who were even just interested to begin with, you inspired and motivated me to do this! Thank you.

Thank you so much for this work, i hope there are young people out there who see this and understand that "you are ok, just the way you are" - at least i know that my fifteen-year-old me would have taken some self-esteem from this documentary and my now 19-year-old me is just thankful that there are youtubers like you - so really well done :)

Thank you some much for the work. I have been struggling through life. I thought I was the only lesbian who had a hard time. I now know that I am not a lone in the struggle.

The Trevor Project is also a wonderful resource for LGBT youth. It's a suicide hotline specifically for LGBT youth, available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. They were a wonderful resource for me on multiple occasions and are trained in issues that LGBT youth in particular face, whereas other hotlines might not be as helpful because they aren't always trained specifically in LGBT struggles, issues etc. Here's a link to that: www.thetrevorproject.org/

Thank you. The sound was not my doing - the clips were sent in and their sound differed depending on the quality of each person's camera. I tried my best to improve each submission's video the best I could.

I came out to my twin first and then my other 2 sisters when I was 14, but for some reason I just couldn't tell my parents and brother or my granny but I got my older sister to tell them when I was 17 and they really laid back with ey being a lesbian. I just hope in the future it will be the norm so we don't have to come out in the closet we can just be with the ones we love.
