Is it a good investment? I bought it for 15€ and plan on keeping it closed, will it go up in value?

Sealed always increases in price. Now there is no saying how much it will increase, but since the sets inside of this tin aren't very popular or short printed I don't see this tin shoot up in price short-term. Might be a case of years before there will be a doubling of the original retail price. But the longer you keep it sealed, the more value it will get because there is always a market for sealed

@@pokebuyer1366 I'm absolutely with the idea of having to wait years ahah, definitely won't be sold for 200€ tomorrow, but I mean it's already 24€ on Amazon, I have no idea why that store sold it for 15 😭

The retailprice for those tins is around €25,-. Big stores usually tend to keep prices high even if the demand is low. You can pick up alot of the modern tins for 15-20 euros online, even some of the cool SWSH era ones like the Eeveelution tins:)
