He also said that the US is spending much more per capita on Ukraine support than Europe. He also said, that it is likely that negotiated peace is likely to include redrawn borders. Clearly, that is not so desirable from the perspective of Ukraine, and others, but it is “reality.” I didn’t necessarily like what I heard, but the message was clear.
