Tahniah lie zie jhia krna dpt menebus kekalahan , ketika perlawan dahulu yng tidak dpt di teruskan krna mengalami sakit berlakang .
Considering lzj had a lot pressure to win this time. He did extremely well .
Orang Kedah lawan Orang Penang since childhood, they had been fighting each other. Now they are playing for Malaysia ( and his on Club) vs Singapore
Good job Lzj
Tahniah Lee zi jia kerana berjaya menewaskan loh kean yew. #leezijia you are awesome 😊😊😊😊😊

LZL dah asah taring lps ni.. Terbaik mantap padu. Makasih.
People said the same thing when LZJ lost at games before, saying he threw his chances away for making simple mistakes on the court. Same happened here. Truth is, i think, LKY was a bit distracted by the title he carried for the past few months. Besides, he met LZJ in this first game, which happened to have a lot of distractions like the wind, the noise from the local fans and of course, he was nervous because of LZJ. When we are nervous, we tend to make silly mistakes and unforced errors. He is doing well so far for this game. Well, that is my two cents. Still so proud of ziijia and will root for Malaysian team always!
Lzj had more pressure. Stop trying to sugarcoat things and give excuses. Alls fair and the better person won
@@shadowambush711 Well, exactly what i said about LZJ. That is why i can’t digest how people showed pity over LKY by saying he was underperformed. Truth is, LZJ got bigger pressure as someone with higher ranking than LKY. And, now kean yew faced the same thing. Just what ziijia used to get treated when he didn’t perform much after winning the All-England last year. Not sure how you interpret my comment, but you surely can’t see i was talking about how i support LEE ZII JIA not LOH KEAN YEW.
@@fieynazee4445 Goes to show how petty LZJ fans are. They have no respects for other players except LZJ. LZJ only fans are very toxic hence I'll never support LZJ.
@@loneblade6198 it's Lky haters and have nothing to do with Lzj fans. He already made enemy when he migrated to Singapore. Its normal for Malaysian people to support its own players and be angry at those that decided to migrate. We are human beings .

Le zii jia 👍👍👍
LZJ terbaekk
Lee harus lebih berani dan matang dlm bertindak.. Go lee
You can see that LKY is not fighting only defending.very obvious. I am not troubled by this lost.
True, they both are one of my fav players, but one thing you should know is that LKY has always been more defencive type of player, he can smash really good but only when there is a likeable opportunity, this opportunity often happens when LKY himself plays with defencive opponents. but as we know LZJ is more of an attack based player so LKY is bussy defending and doesnt find many opportunities to make use of his strong smash
@@Cosmic_Chronicles_ true, LZJ is not only an attacker but in top form he is super in defence. LKY and LZJ know one another too well. They trained together too well. K like their friendship. But in games they are individuals.

Hello Loh Kean Yew need to quarantine for 5 days and it affect his performance.
Lee Zi Jia 我的idol 我爱你 from the fan girl HAHHAHAHAHHAHA
Goodjob lee chong wei👈✅
Looks like they were in training, not playing a match. Especially in the opening game.
Warm up match for Loh, after quarantine on landing in bolehland
Let’s be honest here everyone knows LZJ would have been the world champion if he had not injured against LKY in the semi finals.
Alor Star beat Penang.
Done claim👍
Oh you're very materialistic and hypocritical girl
Msia won because of the many mistakes from LKY. He is totally way out from his usual form. Would have been a more fruitful match if both are playing their best. Well congrats to us. :)
Mmm yeah LKY was definitely nowhere close to his best
not his best day
Give credit to LZJ. LKY will not have the ideal environment for him to grow.
It's OK to loose but not ok to be.... a .... to Malaysia. Congrats Lky and Lzj for a great game.
@@sophiakho4687 We are only saying LKY has potential to do much better, if you see the match you'll know that he was totally missing shots, hitting the net. It just wasn't his day. Ofc Zia was bang on with his game and proved to be too good.
If I'm being honest, it was a game where both players didn't play their best, rather it was just one player playing worse than the other.
LZJ definitely playing well, calm collected. what u shitting. and no its not me who say but tan boon heong.
@@of8ightandse7en16 No shit, of course he's calm. In fact both players were calm. The whole match was calm, if you equate calm with:-
a. Boring
b. No exciting rallies
c. No fantastic diving smash saves
d. No pinpoint down the line smashes
e. No killer crosscourt smashes
f. No skillful drop shots
g. No crafty half smashes
To his credit, he did attempt a backhand smash that went off the court
@@ceekayck9677 ur a nobody. if tbh said he played well, then u might as well stfu. acting smartass dont make u, smart. and mind u, the wind was strong, how u know if lzj didnt play perfectly in controlling the wind which lky unable to do.
the goal is to win point not play fancy shots. if u use ur brain, the fact lzj didnt do his usual stuff is how he win lky because lky didnt expect him to change his tactics. lzj did great in net shots and baseline flicks.
Cee kay ? Shit kay okay haha..
@@of8ightandse7en16Sir, I respect your opinion. Let me set the record straight. I'm a huge fan of LZJ. I'm just as happy as you are that he won his 1st game as a professional, beating a newly crowned world champion, no less. However, let's just be objective here and not let loyalty or fandom cloud our perception of the reality. TBH and especially you are of course entitled to your opinions, and I respect you too much, sir, to resort to name calling in my comments. Have a nice day and happy badminton watching 😊
@@of8ightandse7en16 uncouth person bringing shame to Malaysians. Just keep quiet if you have nothing good to say. Both players didn't play at their best because of lousy court conditions. Why why is the wind so strong? Did they not analyse the airflow prior to setting up the court? First time organising?
should have been 2 Malaysians playing lol
What to do. He is a traitor. Oopppss.

totally agree unless they make shorten the celebrating chores bcs it's super long lol
This is how it has been since long ago. Maybe your player won't even dare to come out and play in Istora. Lucky we didn't even jeered on each of your player's shot like how they did there.
danes are more noisy during thomas cup. it's all over the world. and not even talking about indonesia.

A meaningless match where the badminton world pays no attention to, but only seeing the home fans making a big deal and desperately want to see the defeat of LKY to LZJ. 🙄
loh kean yew is just a flash in the pan. one day wonder. thats all.
Funny Singapore side, lose no report.
report to you? shut the fuck up
Win also no report what, only small small article. When gotten WC then shown on TV. Every time google about Singapore Badminton news also can't find anything. Very sad one here. At most only picked up by India or Malaysia news outlet but usually not the main section also.
@@anonymousyo9628 Sore loser, as usual.

Bnyk sgt mistake dr LKY. Bkn best games dia.
I agree that 2 Malaysians should have been playing. Shouldn't have been this way. How to capture past glories? Sad
lmao should have. lky doesnt want to be in your country stfu
What do you mean? Its Singapore vs Malaysia isn't it? Malaysia have beaten the world champion. Who cares he is born in Malaysia?
Sad that Malaysia decided to kick Singapore out? Thought you should be happy for us? At least you have a place to go if your country don't want you.
@@wzt4969 what do you really mean. I taught Singapore wanted to be independence? Who dont want the Traitor Loh? He choose to be Singaporean because he wanted more stable and safety lifestyle. Its understandable . what do you mean by happy for you? Would you be happy if your Singaporean win a world championship for Malaysia? Its not about happy or jealous. Its he traitor Loh have the right to choose . As i know Bjss have offered him a place but decline and without thinking much his parent directly sign for Singapore. I have heared that his parents is very shy of interview of media after he won the world championship. I am not here to criticise him but i hope that you understand the situation as a malaysian as we have the right to criticise him and we also have the right to call him traitor. End
@@louong93 Singapore always takes in people whom their home country fails to appreciate their talents. There are lots of ex-Malaysians who are given citizenship here in Singapore. I am pretty sure these ex-Malaysians would have wanted to stay in Malaysia is if they have been given what they deserve. You should be happy because how many times have you heard that Malaysia is taking in Singaporeans? Yea and you are probably going to say that Singaporeans have no talent as what your country would like you to think. Stay put and continue cursing then.
This erratic performance by Loh Kean Yew is just a one off. He didnt practice after landing into Malaysia as he had to undergo self quarantined. And it showed in his rusty display.
After this loss, Loh won all his remaining group games and also his semis match easily in straight sets. As the saying goes, skill is permanent and form is temporary.
Loh is not a world champion for no reason. Just ask Lee Chong Wei how difficult it is to win a world title. He tried 10 times but failed each time.
Loh has become the hunted ever since he took the world title, so naturally everyone will play above themselves to try to beat him.
And there was nothing fluke about Loh winning the title. Prior to the world championship, he had already beaten world no 2 Momota and no 4 Chou Tien Chen.
And at the world championship, he thrashed the Olympic Champion and world no 1 Axelson in the 1st round and then world no 3 Anders Antonsen in the semis.
And he had also beaten Lee Zii Jia twice in a row.
I will take Loh anytime against Lee Zii Jia should they meet again. I will dare say that Loh will even easily beat Lee the next time in straight sets.
Just wait for the next few tournaments at the Spain, German and the All England Championships. Loh will be back at his best by then, barring any injuries.
Well said Andrew Charles. Totally agree with you. 1 victory is not conclusive of anything.
Typical sore looser.
too early to conclude anything for LKY. Lin Dan & LCW was world top 2 for many years. hopefully LKY maintains his standard over the many years to come. otherwise it'll be another kidambi where ppl said he was gona be the next legend but never lived up to the hype
His story is similar Emma Raducanu's. They r the hunted now, and a dip of form thereafter is expected.
@@JessPoh76 Opens are nothing to be excited about. When it comes to Olympics and World Championship, you'll notice there's a huge difference in performance. I've watched LD, LCW and Taufiq. They all suddenly become godlike mode when it comes to major tournament especially LD. Maybe the cheap awards aren't that seductive for top players since they earn much more from endorsements.
