Karen. Nicola, I really enjoyed the variety of pipes you exhibited. You have such a wonderful way conveying the history of the treasures you find. Thank you Poppet
The fact that the Thames presents you with such fabulous pipe finds is amazing. Sharing about Corinne Gilson, while sad is a celebration of her and what brought her joy. Again thank you. #CorinneGilson
I'm so obsessed with finds from the Themes River. Or, more so Mudlarking!❤️ I love the sounds, water, birds etc. And especially learning how the Themes has no oxygen. I didn't know that. (I forget the name) more than this is I feel like a child again searching for treasures💓 I hope when Corinne went to heaven she saw God smoking a 16th century clay pipe. And thanked her for gathering up more. Yes, that's a nice thought 💭🤔. # CorinneGilson # Pipe queen
So sad to hear about a fellow larker passing, and you keeping her memory alive with this give away her finds and your finds of pipes are amazing it's so unbelievable how long they were.#CorinneGilson
I love how excited you get when you spot a pipe in the mud and the longer the stem, the more excited you get! I love all your videos. You are always finding really wonderfully interesting things. #CorinneGilson
I love your "I mean, it's broken.....so what, I shall mend it" comment when extracting the long long pipe. I'm a great believer in things that have been broken, and that they are even more beautiful when mended - a reminder of the resilience that can be seen in both objects and also people. #pipequeen
I love how passionate you are about collecting the pipes. My favorite pipe extraction was the one where you dug it out with your hands! You are so methodical and careful with your digs! Happy Birthday! #pipequeen
All # hail the pipe Queen, this episode brought back many fond memories, my uncle was a pipe smoker and he had oodles of them, sorry to hear about # Corinne Gilson, she sounded like a good person. Keep them coming Nicola, as I would not have made it through this tragic year without you and Si. Many blessings for your birthday 🎂. See you next time.🇨🇦🍁🐘👣🤗x

I heard you today on New Zealand radio, that is how i found you. Very interesting to watch. It’s also my granddaughter’s birthday today, happy birthday to you both !
Loved watching you digging those clay pipes out of the mud !!! They were beautiful pipes. Happy Birthday 🎁 Nicola !!! So sorry to hear that a mudlarker passed away & she would be pleased that you are keeping her memory alive & giving away one of her clay pipes !!! Enjoyed your video very much! I hope you had a fantastic birthday, Nicola. It’s Always exciting finding pipes, I found 6 bowls today in a new part of the Medway, including my first RAOB 🎉 yayy!! The pipe at 45:26 was placed by an Angel from heaven 😲⚓️ #PipeQueen
My mother loves watching you. She also has done her fair share of river combing here along the Columbia River in NE Washington. When the river dams are let loose old towns that were flooded out are exposed again for our adventuring. Not only do we find old homesteaders belongings but also Native American arrow heads. She really wants to do the mud larking in the Thames so vary badly. Her health will keep her from ever being able to travel again, so I am putting in my bid for a pipe for her that she couldn't go searching for on her own. Thank you for keeping a combers mind alive with your videos. #CorinneGilson
Happiest of birthdays, Nic! I love going on adventures with you and discovering what people left behind over a hundred years ago! I always learn a lot of fascinating history and as a history lover it is a pleasure to learn more about the past Please continue to take me along on your forays along the Thames! #CorinneGilson

Well Nicola I would never have thought that here in Australia I would be in my artist studio working away and listening to mudlarking stories on the River Thames. As with this video I find your presentations make for wonderful easy listening background conversations and particularly your enthusiasm for discovering clay pipes and the stories attached to them. You most certainly are the #pipequeen

Nicola, I've been watching you extract these pipes for years now. It's amazing to me that I still feel that same nerve-wracking anxious moment as you test to see what the mud is offering in its pipe length or bowl. Must have been hard to narrow it down to the top ten -- I kept waiting for the RAOB pipe extraction, which finally popped up @45:01. There was a time when you found RAOB pipe after pipe every video. Happy Belated Birthday, Ms. Sparkly! #PipeQueen The most appropriate name for you, Nicola.
It was a pleasure to spend time with you mud-larking your top ten clay pipe extractions because I like the way you respect the objects and the lives of the people who used them,. Also I like to hear the river, and see the wildlife around you. Happy Birthday. #pipequeen

Happy Birthday, Nicola! May you have many more years of extracting history from the Thames. Of all the artifacts you bring back into the daylight, pipes are my favorite! All Hail #Pipequeen!
I love watching your clay pipe videos, as pipe smoker this really appeals to me. We used to have a pipe club but the wonderful anti smoking crowd in Canada brought it to an end. It amazes me how these pipes have remained complete for hundreds of years in the mud. I’ve often wondered how many of the things you find are preserved. Now I know that it’s the anaerobic conditions that help with the preservation. I hope you have a wonderful birthday! #pipequeen
Happy birthday beautiful! You deserve it all. You encourage me & push me to do many things. You an inspiration & a pure gentle heart. May you have nothing but happiness in you life. You are always #TheTrowelQueen & #Pipequeen

Nicola, it is a joy to see you get the excitement out of finding clay pipes! What a wonderful birthday video gift to us! Happy birthday to you my dear! Please stay safe and be careful! ❤
So sorry to hear about Corrine. What a lovely way to remember her with such a lovely competition. Also, a very Happy Birthday for earlier in the week. I hope you had a lovely day. I get so excited when you spot a pipe bowl and see how long the stem is going to be. It's like a wonderful lottery :D It's fab! So many pipes, so little time #pipequeen
Happy Birthday Nicola ! ! I love your excitement when you find a pipe. You are the #pipequeen of the Thames.

Happy birthday, Nicola. Loved the pipe extractions. The swans less so, I think. No nibbles? Not interested, said Mrs Pen and Mr Cob. 🦢🦢 #PipeQueen. :^)
look forward to seeing you every week,,,,,best part of my week,,,,thank you
Happy birthday weekend Nicola! I love watching your pipe extractions as there is something so satisfying about watching the pipe emerge from the Thames clay after hundreds of years and imagining who the last person to smoke it was. You truly are the #pipequeen ❤️
Corinne Gilson mush have been a remarkable young lady. Bless you both for extracting the pipes from the mud.
