First he lied to court about the gun wound he got on material day. 2nd he lied knowing the murdered victim but admitting knowing his brother, but the phone records indicated he communicates with the victim's phone in 1st Sept but his phone put Jowie in the victim's home partying and backed by video clips. The prosecution and the DCI did a very wonderful job in collecting circumstantial evidence that supports the accused committed the murder. The last blow is when the CCTV shows that Jowie was the last person to see the victim alive. The burden of proof strongly favors the prosecution side than the defence side.

He even denied the short garment presented in court with platter of blood that the short was not actually the one taken from the house but but scientific forensic lab report suggested their were only two DNA found on the clothes, his and one for the victim. This time the DCI did their job perfectly.

this case has a lot of loop holes, how come they are not allowing him to talk or finish his explanation. he might look guilty but something is missing in this case.
