- In this bass fishing video we go hunt for small hidden ponds and bodies of water in hopes to find and catch some giant bass. Bank fishing hidden ponds is one of the sneakiest ways to find big bass in my opinion because you may come across honey holes that no one else has ever seen, or fished. That is exactly our goal today, pond hop around many urban and rural ponds that are just out of bystanders sight in search for fish nobody knew existed!

That’s exactly what I think. If I were to follow every “private property” sign, there would be almost nowhere to fish within reason.

Someone owns that property regardless if it is an individual or business that owns it. I've fished a lot of neighborhood ponds when I lived in Texas and I've also been asked to leave many times and one of those times a couple explained to me that it is a liability issue to let random people wonder on your property. Especially when the pond is in the middle of the woods or anywhere else that holds a lot of potential tripping/falling hazards. Not saying injuries would happen all the time but all it takes is one person to sue and if they are on your property, especially a business or neighborhood, you could easily be held liable in court and have to pay a lot of money in settlement fees depending on the situation. Either way lawyers and civil battles in general are expensive so even if you win the case, you're still spending a lot of money on something that could easily be avoided. This is why lot's of neighborhoods do not let people who are not signed to the HOA fish their pond/s.

Unfortunately, I understand the growing amount of no trespassing and no fishing signs. Everywhere I fish these days has quadruple the amount of litter it used to. And not just fishing stuff. Beer cans, clothing, glass bottles; you name it. The truth is, not everyone would stop to pick up some trash sunglasses. Enough people will just leave their trash that land owners are just fed up. And in addition, while some wouldn't. There are enough people that would sue the land owner if they got hurt ob their property. And they could win, even if it was entirely their fault. So, a few bad apples are spoiling it for the rest of us. That's why being an ambassador for fishing is so important. Be polite, even when being kicked out. And leave it nicer than you found it.

Private property and no trespassing….I’m going to be lambasted for saying this but it is important to follow rules not just the ones you want to follow because you feel the need to seek a monster Bass. I know your young and I would imagine many subscribers are similar but set a better example
