My "magic rock" is about 20 feet down stream of you. I've fished that rock long before the stairs were there. You had to hike down from the boat launch
@@damienbell3155 yes sadly a few holes in our fish. Lot of catch and release if you’re ripping a lot. But the way I fished I only caught a few foul hook but they were peacefully released.

Good job buddy. Man that one u caught have 2 rips on belly side then u had one on stringer from possibly a seal bite. I hate going there

Definitely letting it drift helps a lot. I found it most effective
