What I meant was that Poe1 has all the great complexity and gameplay that make it deserving of that but the combat and fluidity pale to d4. D4 looks and plays much cleaner it's just more hollow at the end. PoE2 however has that polish and fluidity that catapults it into that GoTY level
No character creator, there are still a few classes yet to be revealed so I can't say for certain about black playable characters but within early access at the moment there are not.

This guy saying d3 or d4 are even close to the level of poe1, let alone better, is insane. Poe1 is definitely game of the year material.

No character creator, there are still a few classes yet to be revealed so I can't say for certain about black playable characters but within early access at the moment there are not.
