Not normally a killjoy but before the start of the trip she came down with a sever dose of shingles. OUCH! She'a a real trooper. Definitely making the most of the opportunity to have some amazing experiences!!!

Quite interesting, you'll slide into how it drives on various surfaces with more experience.
May I suggest the drivetrain will really be less stressed if you pop it into 4WD whenever you are on a loose surface. As you are running with super singles on the steer and drive axles; the larger single wheel is doing the work of two on the drive axle. The hint was the drive axle wheel spin which can be remedied with even lower tyre pressure, or adding the steer axle drivetrain. You will also like the surefootedness that engaging the steer axle drive gives you.

Great country the way your heading is towards ellerstone then moonan pub. Worked at glenrock fencing there’s some serious 4wd ,motorbike riding and great hunting spots but only open for workers apart from main road thru to nundle via all the creek crossings
Yes, agree 100% Amazing country!! We stopped at the Moonan Pub for a late lunch. It was like an oasis.
Oh Garry, as a new retiree, I would not have ordered that truck just for sanity my friend, although a superb vehicle to tour in… my wife would be the same 😂
Heather is about to have kittens, and is very unsure if it’s capabilities I feel. Hoping she has upgraded her license to LR (I think) and then can take turns!

Listen to Heather, mate. four wheel drive whenever you are off the tar. DROP THE TYRE PRESSURES, Heather said! Heather, make sure he is in full 4X4 with difflocks on whenever he does river crossings, ok? Doesn't matter if it's only a few mill deep. Better safe than sorry. Remind him to bring the bloody chainsaw too! Love your work!

First of all congratulations on your new mobile home. I know and well aware that you guys are only just starting your adventure and yes there's going to be times where it's going to test you both. Heather my dear you're going to have to learn that you are now in a truck and you're going to have to get used to it whether you like.it.or.not and any Creek crossings the truck can go to which is up to your chest and you don't have to panic which means you're going to have to trust the truck and move out of your comfort zone and enjoy the reward satisfaction and pleasure of enjoy your trip🎉🎉❤

@@teamd-tour the title that I use on here is actually a registered organisation for charity work and helping those who need help from homeless to seniors and everything in between. And it's not about toughening up but it is all about freedom and enjoying yourself putting your faith in both driver and truck and the truck will outdo your nerves that's right you will collapse first before the car but we all go through it that's why I'm giving you a guidance I can also see that you are a wonderful person so keep up the good work
