Then he 'sold' it again and relisted it recently for double the price again. He's manipulating the price. Edit : No, he didn't sold different copies but the exact same one.
I remember when sellers were doing that with Kuon for $30 then $60 and they manipulated it all the way up over $100!! It should be a $30 game and it's only worth more than that because it was manipulated!!!
Manipulated pricing? If someone buys the game for that price then that is what it’s worth. Sounds to me like this person has some of the only copies of this game there are and can’t figure out its market value so they’re just trying to figure it out as best as they can.

I remember back when I had a PS2 collection I had extra copies of Marvel vs. Capcom 2 and Capcom vs. SNK 2 sealed. I sold them in a bundle at quite a high price. I'm surprised used copies are still being listed for as much as it. All they need to make is a _Legacy Collection_ of the vs series series in 2 releases... one for the Marvel vs Capcom series and another for the Capcom vs SNK series.

There are a lot more now but they are now sold at highly inflated prices. Mystic Nights is the rarest commercially released PS2 game to my knowledge. It was only released in Korea and they only made a few thousand copies (I don’t remember the exact amount but somewhere in the 1000s). I know eBay sellers love to sell Korean PS2 games at highly inflated prices but that is a truly next level price.
I don't understand why somebody would sell something like a play button? I would feel such an incredible sense of satisfaction if I ever grew large enough to receive one that I'd want to keep it forever. More importantly why would you want somebody else's award? Months later I ran into him, and he tried to pass that same game off on me as new (it was a horrible re-seal).
I once got a copy of that game, as well as the PS2 Lupin game, stolen by some scumbag public storage company, along with about four or five video game consoles, and about $USD $10,000 worth of my belongings.
