Respect the grind bro, I do most of my work without help and it can be frustrating at times but it’s worth it. I’m waiting on some decently warm days to drop mine, I got so many parts to put on. Here in pa the rust is awful.. makes everything worse. Truck looks great tho, nice work
For that being your first time doing something like that I would say you did a really good job. I loved how bootleg but also how smart ratcheting the rear end up with rope and a ratchet strap. Those are some awesome problem solving skills
How’s the upper and lower control arm 4” drop combo riding up front? I see other kits have spindle and coil 4” drop. Would you recommend one over the other?
Your pinion angle with the driveshaft never moved I’m just curious cause I had a lowered Mazda bro and let’s just say the axle twisted and brackets bent for the flip kit
I think it looks good, but with the front throwing all the weight in the front end it’ll cause some weird body roll and steering feel, if you have enough room in the c notch I would drop the back maybe another inch
Hey bro I know its a year old but how easily did the grease go in the ports and did you cut out some more space open for the upper control arm on the passenger side to make the alignment better
Did the ihc control arms give you any camber? Currently have two inch springs and spindles but I have bad camber eating my tires thinking of going ihc control arms
Hey bro question? Are you having any issues with the u bolts around the leaf springs? I watched a couple videos and see they put theirs around the rear end. I did my flip kit like yours and my differential moved facing up and now my truck vibrates
@@Henrylxtthank you for the help cause I bought my truck already lowered and I wanted to get an ideo of around how low it is cause I scrape a lot in it if I’m not careful and also is your suspension now very stiff or can you hit bumps like a regular truck?

Did you cut out some more space open for better alignment on the passenger side, how’s the alignment?

For that being your first time doing something like that I would say you did a really good job. I loved how bootleg but also how smart ratcheting the rear end up with rope and a ratchet strap. Those are some awesome problem solving skills
Thank you man!🙏🏽 I appreciate that
Could i get the same stance on a extended cab or is only the single cab that can get that look ?
yes i believe it will be the same stance
How’s the upper and lower control arm 4” drop combo riding up front? I see other kits have spindle and coil 4” drop. Would you recommend one over the other?
it’s riding great i haven’t had any problems
did u have to do any cutting? or drilling to the spindle to make the control arm fit ?
no cutting or drilling was done
Loook awesome buddy
Thank you🤘🏽
Welcome
Great job man! Looks great

Bro it’s been a while did you have any problems with the flip kit after doing burnouts . As in theirs no problem with the drive shaft ?
no bro i haven’t had a problem with anything
Your pinion angle with the driveshaft never moved I’m just curious cause I had a lowered Mazda bro and let’s just say the axle twisted and brackets bent for the flip kit

I would leave the truck , you did a great job , leave the tires,,, it's just a great ride
I think it looks good, but with the front throwing all the weight in the front end it’ll cause some weird body roll and steering feel, if you have enough room in the c notch I would drop the back maybe another inch
Yeah I dropped the back 1 more inch

@@Henrylxt niceeee im gonna wanna watch the vid
Does your lower control arm ball joint show under the rotor?
Yes I believe so a little
What hood is that? is that a 2500HD ?
Yes it’s from a 2500 HD
@@Henrylxt how was the fitment , did you have to do some modifications to the hood
@@jesuslikesmetal when I bought the truck the hood was already on but doesn’t look like you need to do any modifications it should fit right on
Nice video also Do u have a list of all the parts shock parts and all the part #s
No sorry if you go to the website in the description below they should have the parts on the site
4/8 would be sitting nice
I might drop the back a bit more and raise the front a inch
@@Henrylxt 5/7?
What brand is this drop kit?
Ihc
do you use the stock shocks up front? i see the kit doesn’t include any for the front
No I bought some cheap ones for now but I will be installing belltech later on
Looks good dude I just got the 4/6 drop myself plan on installing it soon just work to much
Appreciate it bro and yeah it soon me a while too bc I was doing it whenever I would get off work
@@Henrylxt Looks good bro awesome job!
Did the ihc control arms give you any camber? Currently have two inch springs and spindles but I have bad camber eating my tires thinking of going ihc control arms
Yes I did have camper but with the alignment they fixed it
i think ihc has upper control arms for camber correction
what size tires you running?
275 45 20
How much was your drop kit my guy and what website you buy it from if you dont mind telling me ?
It was $1200 for the drop and I got it off ihc suspension
Appreciate it bro
Hey bro question? Are you having any issues with the u bolts around the leaf springs? I watched a couple videos and see they put theirs around the rear end. I did my flip kit like yours and my differential moved facing up and now my truck vibrates
No bro I haven’t had any issues with anything yet
Awesome job, but FYI red lock tight is a little too aggressive for what ur using it on try blue locktite .
I thought you didn’t have to c-notch frame with IHC drops because of the lower control arms?
On a 3/5 you don’t but on a 4/6 and lower you do.. maybe not so much the 4/6 unless you have bad roads then you’ll be hitting the axle a lot
Awesome video brother! Congrats
what website you get the kit from?
I got it from the IHC suspension website
@@Henrylxt did it take long to come in?
@@jesusmorquecho8190 about 2-3 weeks came in fast
What rim size you running on bro ?
20s bro
Awesome job!!....way to problem solve
Thank you!!
Do you have to get shocks when you do it?
You don’t have to but I recommend you do so it rides smooth
@@Henrylxt what kind of shocks? Do they have to be like a specific kind for a dropped trucks
Love the vids bro 🤟🏿🤟🏿

Yessirrrr 🔥🔥🔥🤩
Look nice , u made it look easy
It was definitely not the easiest task 😂
Looks dope homie
Thank bro!!
How big are the shocks you got cuz my old ones feel a little short
Shocks from the rear or front?
I like the video but I have a few questions. What do the numbers 4/6 mean? Also with that drop do you scrape a lot?
4/6 mean 4 inches lower in the front and 6 in the back also from a 5/8 and lower you’ll scrape
@@Henrylxtthank you for the help cause I bought my truck already lowered and I wanted to get an ideo of around how low it is cause I scrape a lot in it if I’m not careful and also is your suspension now very stiff or can you hit bumps like a regular truck?
