No its a glitched item for something planned that isnt coded maybe it will never be coded who knows the item id just exists and it pulls random id and coding it to 1 set of numbers without gaps is easier then adding gaps so thats what it is
Maybe they will make code for it in the future updates. For example to store 100 coins in it and be avalable to drop these coins to others if they would need it.
