Doesn’t the lack of spacer beads change the number of gemstones you need to make the same size bracelet? JTV sells pretty pricey materials, if I bought them for a JTV pattern and it didn’t work out correctly, I would be sorely disappointed. The sample made in this video does not look like the prototype.

Of course you would need more beads without the connectors, it's logical.
